Amanda Hester Smith continues to find inspiration in every aspect of her Tennessee farm. Her Honeybee Shrug is a reflection of springtime: planting seeds, baby chicks, lambing, and lots of honeybees! This lovely layering piece features two repeating lace motifs and delightfully simple finishing techniques. I am tempted to make one without the optional collar so that I can wear it either as shown with the lace side up or with the stockinette side up for a slightly different silhouette.
